Terms of Service
Effective from 1 September 2026. These terms form a binding agreement between you and NIKITA MESHCHERIAKOV PR BEOGRAD regarding your use of Sitewarden.
1. Who you are contracting with
Sitewarden is provided by NIKITA MESHCHERIAKOV PR BEOGRAD, a Preduzetnik (sole proprietor), Republic of Serbia, registered at Dobropoljska 56/5, 11000 Belgrade, tax identification number (PIB) 114281750, company registration number 67456475 (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at legal@aicour.site.
2. Payments and the Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by Paddle.com Market Ltd, registered at Judd House, 18-29 Mora Street, London EC1V 8BT, United Kingdom. Paddle.com Market Ltd is the Merchant of Record for all orders. It handles payment processing, the calculation and remittance of sales tax and VAT, billing enquiries and refunds. Paddle.com Market Ltd provides customer service in relation to billing; we provide customer service in relation to the product itself.
By purchasing a subscription you also accept Paddle’s buyer terms, which are presented at checkout. Where those terms grant you rights in relation to payment, they apply in addition to these terms.
3. The service
Sitewarden is a software-as-a-service application. It performs automated technical checks against web domains you specify — certificate and TLS inspection, HTTP response header analysis, public DNS record lookups, markup-level SEO and accessibility checks, and delivery measurements — and presents the results as a scored report.
The service is automated. No part of the audit is performed manually by a person, and subscribing does not entitle you to consulting, development or remediation work.
4. Accounts
- You must provide an accurate email address and keep your password confidential.
- You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
- One account is for one customer. Sharing credentials across organisations is not permitted.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to hold an account.
5. Subscriptions, quotas and renewal
Plans are billed monthly in advance in euros and renew automatically until cancelled. Each plan includes a monthly audit quota and a limit on monitored domains, both stated on the pricing page. Quotas reset at the start of each billing period and do not carry over.
If you reach your quota the service will decline further audits until the period resets or you upgrade. We do not charge overage fees without your explicit action.
You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; you keep access until then. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for. If you do not accept a new price, cancel before it takes effect.
6. Acceptable use
Because the service sends requests to third-party systems, your use of it is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of this agreement. In short: audit domains you own or have permission to audit, do not use the service to attack anyone, and do not resell raw access to the scanning engine.
7. Your content and our intellectual property
You retain all rights in the domains, URLs and configuration you enter. You grant us the limited licence needed to run the audits you request and to store the resulting reports in your account.
We retain all rights in the Sitewarden software, its check definitions, scoring model and interface. You may use audit reports produced for you — including passing them to your own clients, with or without our branding on Agency plans — but you may not resell access to the product itself, or copy the check catalogue into a competing service.
8. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee on the plans listed publicly. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical. Current availability is published on our status page.
9. Disclaimers
The audit reports findings from a point-in-time, unauthenticated inspection of publicly reachable surfaces. It is not a penetration test, not a full WCAG conformance audit, and not a substitute for professional security or legal advice. A passing score does not mean a site is secure, compliant or accessible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to this agreement is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, that is used to harm third parties, or where required by law. Where the breach is capable of remedy we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to fix it first. If we terminate without cause, we refund the unused portion of the current period.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email to account holders at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, and the courts of Belgrade have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-law provisions of your country of residence, nor of the right to bring proceedings there.
