Billing questions
- Is there a subscription?
- No. You buy a pack of audits, they land in your account, and you spend them whenever you like. There is nothing to cancel and no renewal date to watch for.
- Do the audits expire?
- Never. A pack bought today is still usable in three years. We would rather you came back because the tool is useful than because a balance was about to evaporate.
- What happens when I run out?
- Audits are declined with a clear message until you top up. Nothing is charged automatically, and no card is kept on file by us.
- What if an audit fails?
- It costs nothing. A domain that does not resolve, a host that refuses the connection, or a fault on our side all return the credit immediately.
- Do prices include VAT?
- Prices are shown excluding tax. Paddle calculates the VAT or sales tax that applies where you are and adds it at checkout, so the figure you confirm is the figure you pay.
- Which currencies can I pay in?
- Prices are set in euros. Paddle presents the total in your local currency where it can, and shows the exact amount before you confirm.
- Who charges my card?
