Billing questions
- Which currencies can I pay in?
- Prices are set in euros. Paddle presents the total in your local currency where it can, and shows the exact amount before you confirm.
- Do prices include VAT?
- Prices are shown excluding tax. Paddle calculates the VAT or sales tax that applies where you are and adds it at checkout, so the figure you confirm is the figure you pay.
- Can I pay annually?
- Not yet. Every plan is billed monthly so you can leave whenever you like without an unused balance sitting with us.
- What happens when I hit my quota?
- Further audits are declined with a clear message until the period resets or you upgrade. We never charge overage without you choosing to upgrade.
- Can I change plan mid-month?
- Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and Paddle pro-rates the difference. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal so you keep what you paid for.
- Who charges my card?
- Paddle.com Market Ltd is the Merchant of Record and appears on your statement. Your invoice comes from Paddle and is available in the billing portal at any time.
